Welcome to the RISE (Roosevelt Incubator for Schaumburg Enterprises) Lecture Series!

Join Dr. Deb Orr and a panel of professionals for a conversation on the challenges women face as entrepreneurs, including systemic and structural barriers. This panel brings together experienced leaders to discuss opportunities, funding pathways, and strategies for success.

Dr. Orr, Professor of Organizational Leadership & Development with Roosevelt University, will act as moderator leading a discussion with:

• Andrea Biwer- President - Schaumburg Business Association–identifies business opportunities and networking, and positions the Chamber as an ecosystem connector and strategically connects women entrepreneurs with networking opportunities.
• Teresa Faidley - Vice President - Wintrust Bank– identifies funding sources and demystifies the Process of capital access by connecting attendees with funding
• Mara Hauser- Founder & CEO - 25N Coworking– as a space to work for suburbanites and to promote women's leadership in business
• Barbara Lewis- Principal of Talent Management Pros LLC - an HR consulting company and Roosevelt faculty member, will discuss what it has been like to be a woman entrepreneur in a competitive environment.

The Roosevelt Incubator for Schaumburg Enterprises program is dedicated to supporting local entrepreneurs through mentorship, education, and access to valuable university and business resources.
