Interdisciplinary Leadership Ed.D
!
This Doctorate in Education degree prepares students for successful roles in
higher education, nonprofit organizations, and the business sector!
Students may specialize in Organizational Leadership or Higher Education Leadership.
Please note that a master's degree is required for admission;
the degree can be in any of the aforementioned fields listed above
. If you do not have a masters, we recommend looking into our
MA Organization Development
program as it provides the perfect bridge towards the doctorate.
